Tuition
The noncredit tuition for Pennsylvania residents registering on or before November 6, 2009, is $560. Pennsylvania residents registering between November 7, 2009 and December 4, 2009, will be charged $590. Out-of-state resident's tuition is $660. This tuition covers the cost of instructional materials, coffee/beverage breaks Monday through Friday, and lunch Monday through Thursday. The tuition may be paid by credit card, check, money order, or for noncredit, a request to bill employer.
If additional requirements are satisfactorily met, the Course may be taken for graduate credits. For credit course information, including registration information, call Krista Schwartz at 717/948-6178 or email edrtc@psu.edu. We will attempt to work with the College/University you are currently enrolled in.
Lodging
A block of rooms will be reserved for BEDC participants at the Eden Resort Inn. The room block rate is $69.95. In order to secure that you receive this rate, you must book your rooms prior to November 16, 2009. For more information, contact the Eden Resort Inn at 717/569-6444
Dress Code
All sessions are informal. Please dress comfortably. There will be a class picture on Thursday and a group presentation on Friday. Please bring appropriate attire.

Cancellations and Refunds
The University reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a program is cancelled by the University, the University is not responsible for any related costs, charges or expenses. It will, however, refund your registration tuition.
If a participant must cancel his/her registration, the registration tuition will be returned provided cancellation is made prior to November 15, 2009. After that, no registration tuition will be refunded. To cancel, participants must call 717/948-6178 during regular business hours and provide a letter indicating cancellation from the course.
